Confirmation of your Booking

We will forward you a confirmation invoice upon receipt of your booking.  We would ask that you check this document carefully to ensure it reflects your booking order. Please note names provided on the booking must be as per passport. Please ensure that the spelling of names on your confirmation invoice correct matches with the spelling of names on your passport(s) (first name and surname only). These names are passed to the airlines and appear on your airline tickets.  A change fee is charged by airlines for any incorrect name.

Special Requests

Please inform us at the time of bookings should you have any special requests ( dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance at the airport, wheelchair accessable rooms). Although not all special requests can be guaranteed, IFC will do our very  best to accommodate all special requests where we can.

Travel Documents

Travel documents will be forwarded to you by post to the address given at the time of booking approximately 10 days prior to your departure date.

Please ensure you have a valid passport/visa for travel for your intended holiday.  Irish Citizens who hold an EU passport do not require a visa to travel within the EU. You must however have a valid passport. For travel outside the EU, entry visas may be required. Visas may also be required for transiting through airports en route to final destinations. IFC will advise you of any visa requirements for Irish passport holders in advance of your holiday however it is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they have the correct documents for each destination.

Travel Insurance

Please note that travel insurance has not been included in your holiday price.  We recommend that all travellers take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking.

IFC can offer you travel insurance that covers you from the date of issue until you return from your holiday. This includes cancellation of your holiday due to illness or bereavement of an immediate family member, personal accident, medical expenses, lost baggage or legal expenses.  Please note that if you have any pre-existing medical condition you would need to contact a health check number prior to purchase of any travel insurance policy.  Please contact us on 01 888 7840 for travel insurance queries.
